ANNEMARI MOILANEN
 
The Finnish mezzo-soprano Annemari Moilanen graduated from her studies as a Bachelor of singing in Finland. After this she completed her masters in singing in 2016 at the University Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler”, Berlin, with professor Anneliese Fried. In 2013 she finished her music education studies, qualifying as a Master of Arts from the University of Oulu. Currently she is studying with the opera singer and Professor Janet Williams and the pianist Ara Khachaturian.  Annemari has sung at the Oulu City Theatre, Northern Opera Company and Neuköllner Oper. She has done solo work with many orchestras in Finland, Sweden and Germany. During her university studies she sang the part of Siebel in Gounod’s Faust and the Second Lady in Mozart’s Magic Flute.  From 2017 Annemari began working with different choirs in Germany and was a choir member at the Städtische Theater Chemnitz. She is very excited to be working with the Clyde Opera Group for the first time, appearing as the Prince Orlofsky in our production of Die Fledermaus.
